Deleting Your Account

To delete your Kenna account, email [e-mail] from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line.

Account deletion is permanent and includes: removal of your user profile, all generated images, projects, and generation history. Any active subscription will be cancelled.

Account deletion is processed within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.
